Cheese Board Tips

• Use a variety of cheese tools to cut and serve your cheese properly

• Label each cheese so guests know what they are tasting

• Leave space between cheeses so there is room to cut

• Avoid serving pungent cheeses directly next to soft mild cheeses so there is no flavor transfer

• Arrange your selection so guests can start with milder cheeses first, and move on to stronger cheeses

• Let guests serve themselves and cut off as much cheese as they'd like

• If you must serve individual portions, it may be easier to cut the cheese before bringing to room temp. Serve pre-cut cheese under cheese dome
